Not happy within 90 days? Full refund — and keep the bar.

Email us at customerservice@freshsudssoapery.ca (or reply to your order email) within 90 days of delivery, with your order number and a line about what didn’t work for your skin. We refund the full price of the bar or bundle to your original payment method within five business days. You keep the bar. No return shipping, no forms, no questions you’ll dread answering.

What it covers

Every Fresh Suds soap bar, soap bundle and accessory (Soap Envelope, soap dish) bought on freshsudssoapery.ca, whether it’s your first bar or your fifteenth.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund it, your choice, and we cover any shipping.
