What is it made from?
Recycled polyester, made from reclaimed plastic bottles. Cycle Air, the maker, also uses fabric offcuts from their other recycled products — nothing new added.
How is it made?
Cycle Air hand-stitches each envelope in three layers, built for airflow — it drains and dries fast between washes.
Where is it made?
London, Ontario, by Cycle Air — a small, family-run manufacturer.
How do I use it with my bar?
Wet the envelope, tuck your bar under the inner flap, then rub it against your skin to work up a lather. It holds the last small pieces of a bar too, once it wears down.
How do I clean or dry it?
Toss it in the wash and dryer with your regular laundry. The mesh design resists mould and mildew and dries quickly between uses.
How long does it last, and does it help my bar last longer?
Cycle Air says it helps a bar last up to five times longer by keeping it dry between washes instead of sitting on a wet dish. The envelope itself is built to handle repeated washing and drying, load after load.
